Chocolate Craving Protein Balls

There’s nothing wrong with a little chocolate indulgence but lately it’s been a lot! Whizzed this healthy, simple family favourite recipe up today in the Thermomix and even the little hands were caught sneaking a few. Chocolate craving sorted!


Ingredients

  • 60g Almonds

  • 60g Cashews

  • 60g Sunflower Seeds

  • 120g Dates

  • 60g Sultanas

  • Vanilla Extract to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Wholefood Chocolate Protein Powder


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and chop (60 seconds / Speed 9).

  2. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls.

  3. Roll in desiccated coconut if desired.

  4. Allow to set in the fridge for one hour, devour and enjoy!
